Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy

MantelMount guarantees 100% satisfaction, or your money back, for MantelMount units ordered directly on our website. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return it to MantelMount within (90) days of our shipping date for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. To receive your refund:

1. Your MantelMount must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

2. If your return is due to having received a wrong or incomplete product, or your product was damaged upon receipt, or you have a warranty return MantelMount will pay the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.

3. Upon receipt and approval of a return request, you will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to return the item.

4. Returned products must be shipped within fifteen (15) days after you receive your RA number.

5. Place the RA number you receive clearly on the outside of the returned package. Our return department is not allowed to process packages without an RA number, and no refunds will be issued for any packages returned without an RA number, including packages marked as “Return to Sender”.

6. Approved refunds will be issued only through the same payment processor that was used when ordering the product. It generally takes about 7 to 14 business days to receive a refund.

MantelMount Lifetime Limited Warranty

What the Warranty Covers:

MantelMount warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period. The MantelMount Lifetime Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. The Warranty Coverage Period starts on the original purchase date of the product and extends through the end of the Warranty Coverage Period described below.

Warranty Coverage Period:

We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty for all TV mounts and accessories. This Lifetime Limited  Warranty covers all mechanical parts but excludes lifetime coverage for gas springs or electronic parts which are warrantied for five (5) years from the original purchase date.

Additional Limits on the Warranty:

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is automatically void if your MantelMount product is modified in any way, improperly installed, taxed beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused. All MantelMount products are intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this Lifetime Limited Warranty. The Lifetime Limited Warranty for wall and ceiling mounts is void if the mount is moved from its initial installation.

How State Laws Relate to the Warranty:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MantelMount disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. In any event, no express or implied warranty can last longer than the term stated above. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you.

MantelMount will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if MantelMount has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MantelMount disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages (such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged as a result of the MantelMount product not working as expected). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How to Get Warranty Service:

For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period, MantelMount will replace any defective part free of charge. If a part of your MantelMount product fails, call MantelMount at 1-800-897-9755 x1 to make a warranty claim. We will discuss the problem with you and at our discretion will determine if the product is covered under warranty.

If your product is determined to be covered under warranty, you will be required to return your old product. We will send you instructions on how to initiate a Return Authorization (RA) and where to send your defective item. We will ship replacement parts at no cost to you within 72 hours. This Lifetime Limited  Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from your MantelMount product. So, if your problem requires a repair technician, you must pay any labor charges. MantelMount will not be liable in any way for damages whatsoever arising from the use or inability to use its products, even if MantelMount has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MantelMount disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy

MantelMount strives to deliver exceptional customer service and in so doing, most orders are prepared for shipment within minutes of being placed. As a result, all sales on our website are final. However, if you very recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, try contacting customer service at (800) 897-9755 or by clicking here, and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However if your order is beyond our ability to cancel it, you may still receive a refund by following the Return Policy outlined on this page.

MantelMount Discounted Ground Shipping in the Continental U.S.
We offer discounted GROUND shipping on all U.S. Domestic orders via FedEx or UPS and estimate delivery within 1-5 business days. Our products ship through one or more MantelMount authorized fulfillment warehouses. You should receive your package within 2 - 7 calendar days of the order date depending on the shipping warehouse and destination location.

Shipping to Non-Contiguous U.S. States and U.S. Territories.
Shipments to non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska) or off-shore U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands) will be shipped at standard carrier delivery rates, from the closest warehouse to the delivery address.

Expedited U.S. Shipping
For faster delivery, next day, 2nd day and 3rd day delivery options are available and shipped at standard carrier delivery rates.

Turnaround Time
Orders will be shipped no later than the next business day.  Some orders placed by noon in your local time zone may be shipped the same business day.
