Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations: MantelMount strives to deliver exceptional customer service and in so doing, most orders are prepared for shipment within minutes of being placed. As a result, all sales on our website are final. However, if you very recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, try contacting customer service at (800) 897-9755 x1 or by clicking here, and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However if your order is beyond our ability to cancel it, you may still receive a refund by following the Return Policy outlined on this page.

Return and Refund Policy: MantelMount guarantees 100% satisfaction, or your money back, for MantelMount units ordered directly on our website. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return it to MantelMount within (90) days of our shipping date for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. To receive your refund:

• (a) Your MantelMount must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  If your product does not meet the return criteria, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• (b) Please initiate your return here or call our Customer Service Center at 800-897-9755 x1. 
• (c) If your return is due to having received a wrong or incomplete product, or your product was damaged upon receipt, or you have a warranty return, MantelMount will pay the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. We have negotiated discounted return shipping costs for you.
• (d) Returned products must be shipped within fifteen (15) days after you receive your shipping label. Attach this label to the outside of the box.
• (e) Securely pack the items using the original packaging if possible.
• (f) Please write your original order number on the outside of the return box. You can retrieve your order # from your order confirmation email. If you can't locate your order confirmation email, contact support here or at 1-800-897-9755 x 1 during business hours. Our return department is not allowed to process packages without an order number on the outside of the box.
• (g) Approved refunds will be issued only through the same payment processor that was used when ordering the product. It generally takes about 7 to 14 business days to receive a refund.
